Description
Demo and fit-out of the 2nd Fl. to create 20 new patient rooms, new staff and conference areas, and training bathrooms for current patients. Scope includes modification of the exterior façade on the 2nd Fl. to enclose the previous patio area, as well as alteration of all window openings to create a uniform look to the floors above. This project includes new fiber and copper backbone infrastructure throughout all floors, in addition to the relocation and replacement of the existing UPS systems from the 2nd Fl. to the garage level, all while maintaining an active MDF Room located in the middle of the 2nd Fl. construction space. The 2nd Fl. improvements are inclusive of all new MEPFP above ceiling and in-wall components, and each patient room features a prefabricated headwall system.
