Description
This 1,320 square foot fit-out provided a refreshed space for Swarthmore’s new Biology Research/Teaching Lab. Project Scope included MEPFP rough in and finishes, tied into existing building infrastructure, along with an A/V and tele/data system. Architecturally, the project included architectural/lab casework, magnetic glass marker boards and window treatments, along with acoustical/exposed ceilings and a seamless sheet vinyl floor. Space was completed during strict COVID-19 standards as students were returning to the Swarthmore College campus.
