University of PennsylvaniaAnnenberg AHU Replacement

Description

The Annenberg Center, a cultural hub housing the esteemed Prince, Montgomery, and Zellerbach Theaters, is renowned for hosting a vibrant array of live events for both the University of Pennsylvania and the greater Philadelphia community. In pursuit of enhancing the center’s functionality and comfort, our project was embarked upon during the summer break, commencing in May 2023. At its core, the endeavor involved the meticulous removal and replacement of (7) seven air handlers, complemented by the installation of associated exhaust fans, all situated within the mechanical level of the Annenberg Center. Beyond this essential upgrade, the project further entailed the integration of tube heat exchangers to serve the recently replaced baseboard radiators, strategically enhancing the Zellerbach loft and the inviting lobby skylight areas. This initiative exemplifies our commitment to elevating the Annenberg Center’s capacity to provide an exceptional cultural experience.
