He provides continuity from pre-construction through the construction phase and ensures the appropriate resources are available for our team members. Steve participates in executive decisions regarding GMP development, value engineering, constructability, and schedule reviews. He oversees daily activities of all project managers, superintendents, and site personnel.

He is fully engaged with our on-site team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and leads all healthcare bid opportunities from our main office. His responsibilities include management of staff, cost control, estimating, schedule development and site logistics.
