In 1990, brothers-in-law Rich Goodman and Pat Pondok turned a shared vision into the foundation of Target Building Construction, Inc. What began as a family connection and a commitment to serving clients with integrity grew into a company built on strong relationships, hard work, and a genuine dedication to the communities they served. More than three decades later, their entrepreneurial spirit and values remain at the heart of Target Building – shaping not only the work we do, but the people and partnerships that have become part of the Target Building family.
