5th Floor Medical Oncology Fit-out

This project included a fit-out vacant shell space within a five-story medical office building, transforming it to include eighteen (18) infusion bays, two (2) private infusion rooms, ten (10) exam rooms, phlebotomy and vitals areas, consultation rooms to support the practice, and clinical and administrative support spaces. All interior MEP systems will be integrated into the existing core building closets and dedicated equipment closets. The exterior MEP systems will feature one (1) new chiller, one (1) air handling unit, and a chilled water pump skid.
