Description
The project involved a comprehensive renovation, carefully restoring the building’s historic architectural elements while significantly improving the energy efficiency of the structure. Enhancements to the thermal performance of the building envelope were achieved by installing new high-performance windows, doors, and roofing. Additionally, modern MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems were integrated throughout. The second and third floors were transformed into two apartments designed to accommodate future faculty members. To ensure the building met current safety and code requirements, new domestic water and sprinkler systems were installed throughout.
