Target Building successfully completed a renovation of a new Life Science Amenities building at the Springhouse Innovation Park Campus. This project involved a complete removal of the existing exterior wall system & installation of new curtain wall/storefront systems. A complete MEP overhaul was required which included new rooftop DOAS units, new electrical switchgear, make-up air unit. The interior offers a unique blend of amenities to support this growing Life Science campus needs such as a state-of-art fitness center, yoga studio, & locker-room. The 1st floor provides a full kitchen, dining, & bar/lounge area to host and facilitate campus events. Lastly, the 2nd floor provides much needed office space, training & conference rooms. Target Building is appreciative to be part of the overall campus plan to revitalize this Life Safety campus & bring an amenity building to its tenants.
