Convivence Store

This 4,500 SF project involved a lot of planning and coordination to ensure the project met its objectives on time and within budget. Initially, we conducted a comprehensive site analysis and secured all necessary permits, addressing any community concerns through proactive engagement. After we coordinated with the architect/engineer team who designed the store that aligned with Wawa’s brand while adhering to local zoning regulations. The building was built from the ground up in six months.
