Cooper University Health Care
Cooper II Early Intervention Program
A strategically orchestrated two-phased renovation unfolded on the third floor of Cooper II, dedicated to the Early Intervention Program for AIDS patients. The 13-week project was divided into eight (8) weeks for phase one and five weeks for phase two. Collaborating closely with the architect, we implemented value engineering to streamline the schedule, effectively shaving off a week in phase two. The transformed Cooper II EIP now boasts 10 exam rooms, 8 offices, a phlebotomy room, a lounge, a meeting room, a conference room, and a welcoming reception area.
