Throughout the summer months, Target Building demonstrated unwavering dedication in successfully bringing the Villanova University Dougherty Dining Hall project to fruition. This extensive renovation encompassed a spectrum of enhancements, including the installation of new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to facilitate the replacement of kitchen equipment, an elevator upgrade, and the transformation of restroom and other back-of-house areas. Our team’s diligence and expertise culminated in the timely completion of the updated dining hall, ensuring its readiness for the commencement of the fall semester. Villanova University now has the capacity to cater to its expanding student body within a cutting-edge and contemporary facility, thanks to our commitment to excellence.
