Description
Target Building provided construction management services for the 2nd Floor of AtlantiCare Cancer Center Pharmacy office. With over 117 locations, AtlantiCare is an integrated system of services designed to help people achieve optimal health. The renovation was completed to meet new compliance standards, which included a new HD Sterile Buffer Room, Anteroom, Segregated Compounding Area, HD Storage Room, Pharmacy Workroom and Receiving Area. In addition, the project included adding a new rooftop mounted split air handling unit, exhaust fan, and additional mechanical/electrical upgrades throughout the space. Improvements and finish upgrades to adjacent spaces including the building’s lobby and patient restroom. Our project team was able to complete this project in the vacated pharmacy, while minimizing patient impact to the fully occupied adjacent spaces that the pharmacy serves, including completing MPE work over the adjacent nurse’s station with zero staff displacement.
