EHT Cancer Center

Target Building provided construction management services for the renovation of the second-floor pharmacy at the AtlantiCare Cancer Center. The project was completed to meet updated compliance standards and included the construction of a new HD Sterile Buffer Room, Anteroom, Segregated Compounding Area, HD Storage Room, Pharmacy Workroom, and Receiving Area. Additional upgrades included a new rooftop-mounted split air handling unit, exhaust fan, mechanical and electrical improvements, and finish enhancements to adjacent spaces, including the lobby and patient restroom. Working within a vacated pharmacy while maintaining operations in surrounding occupied areas, Target Building successfully completed the renovation with minimal disruption to patients and staff, including performing MEP work above the adjacent nurse’s station without displacing personnel.
