Floors 2-5 Renovations

A transformative endeavor unfolded with the complete demolition and fit-out of floors two through five, accompanied by MEPFP infrastructure upgrades in the Basement, Garage, and Penthouse levels. Remarkably, the entire project seamlessly unfolded while the building remained fully occupied by both staff and patients. Floor-specific enhancements featured the conversion to private patient rooms and bathrooms, innovative prefabricated headwall systems, and fully integrated building automation incorporating circadian rhythm lighting, window treatments, and ATC. The comprehensive changes extended to the creation of new Therapy, Dining, Training, and Staff facilities, along with the addition of an on-site Pharmacy.
