Elwyn Hilltop RTF stands as a remarkable recent renovation project undertaken on behalf of Elwyn. This endeavor involved a complete overhaul, including the demolition of existing structures, intricate interior framing, and a refreshing update to finishes. The scope of our work extended to the creation of innovative floor plan layouts within the building’s interior, the installation of new infrastructure, and the introduction of exquisite finishes and fixtures. Furthermore, our team conducted a comprehensive roof replacement and upgraded the underground domestic and sprinkler lines. This revitalized space is set to serve as a pivotal resource for Elwyn’s behavioral health initiatives. Specialized attention was devoted to crafting an environment conducive to this purpose, incorporating anti-ligature designs and products thoughtfully integrated throughout the space.
