Description
Our Target team renovated a single-story office building to accommodate for a new Infusion Center/MOB. HVAC upgrades and minor exterior sidewalk/ramp improvements were needed as well. The Infusion Center includes a pharmacy compounding clean room. Our team limited utility interruptions as the remainder of the building remained occupied during construction – administrative staff and two clinical suites remained operational at the far end of the building.
