King of Prussia – Women’s Health Center – Roof Farm

Target Building completed a 6,500-square-foot rooftop garden at Main Line Health’s King of Prussia Women’s Specialty Center, transforming an existing roof into a new outdoor space that promotes wellness, health, and community engagement. Designed to serve patients, visitors, and the surrounding community, the garden provides a peaceful environment while supporting education and awareness surrounding health and nutrition.

Construction required detailed planning and coordination to minimize disruption to the fully occupied facility below. The project included extensive plumbing modifications within active ceiling spaces to support new rooftop amenities. In addition, Target Building developed a detailed logistics plan for crane operations from the courtyard below, safely lifting materials to the fourth-floor roof while maintaining access throughout.
