Laboratory Renovation

The transformation of a 5,121 SF QC lab facility involved meticulous interior demolition and fit-out, accompanied by upgraded/new MEP services to meet stringent testing standards. Emphasizing new mechanical and plumbing rough ins, the project seamlessly connected relocated and new equipment, including flow hoods, boilers, compressors, DI/RO water systems, compressed air, natural gas, glassware washers, and autoclaves. Resinous flooring and metal lab casework added a touch of sophistication to the lab spaces, which included dedicated areas such as CTC, TOC, and Media Rooms, Autoclave Room, Main/Reading Labs, Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing, and Infant Formula Labs.
