Description
Situated on 8.2 acres on the newly constructed Bayhealth Hospital campus, this 85,000 square foot, three-story, medical office building will be constructed to house multiple tenants. The 35,000 square foot first floor will be occupied by Nemours, with the second and third floors being occupied by Bayhealth and associated practices. Site improvements will include grading and storm water utilities and services (electric, sanitary, fire/domestic water, and gas) to the building, and a new landscaped parking lot containing 466 spaces. The exterior skin of the building will consist of a mixture of storefront, curtain wall, precast panels on the first floor and cement board panels on the second and third floors, in addition to a covered canopy along the entrance of the building.
