Medical Office Building – Renaissance Square

The Virtua Renaissance Square undertaking marked a remarkable 32,000-square-foot interior transformation within a pre-existing department store structure in Marlton, NJ. Envisioned by Tono Architects, the project unfolded with the creation of cutting-edge exam, procedure, surgical, and pulmonary rooms, meticulously designed to elevate the healthcare environment. Complementing these advancements, the initiative seamlessly integrated a sophisticated Laboratory and a state-of-the-art 2,500-square-foot Physical Therapy Room equipped with cutting-edge facilities. More than a mere renovation, this project served as a strategic reallocation of Virtua’s medical offices previously scattered across various buildings and locations in Southern New Jersey. The consolidation achieved through this initiative not only enhances operational efficiency but also facilitates a cohesive synergy, allowing diverse medical programs to harmoniously operate within a single, purpose-built facility.
