Canopy for covered parking over an existing parking lot. Developed a small paved parcel alongside and created an awning for additional parking. 411 uncovered spots and 1,252 covered spots. Installed new parking booths and revenue control systems. Renovated existing onsite office. 180 translucent roof panels. Painting, structural steel, plumbing, electrical, fencing, paving, paint stripping, and landscaping.
