Description
Removed existing demising wall and created one large 25,000 SF sales floor area plus back-of-house space. Selective demolition included the removal of all finishes Installed new flooring throughout and high-end finishes including 7,700 linear feet of crown molding, chair rail, column surrounds and shutters. Provided new lighting system including power distribution, lighting controls, 175 lay-in light fixtures, and 1,500 LF of track lighting supported by new electrical distribution system. Applied new EIFS system over existing split face CMU with new cornice detail at roof parapet. Painted wall and trim a total of 40 different colors. Reworked existing fire sprinkler system for code compliance.
