Target Building successfully executed a dynamic transformation by renovating the 3rd and 4th floors, ushering in a new era of functionality and aesthetics at Temple University. In a remarkably efficient 16-week time frame, our team harmonized with the university’s schedule to deliver a space that meets their exacting standards. The HVAC enhancements involved the installation of a cutting-edge rooftop air handling unit and the strategic placement of 30 fan coils along the perimeter of each floor. Interior updates introduced a fresh dimension of design, featuring new VCT flooring, plush carpeting, elegant ceramic tile, and exquisite architectural millwork that seamlessly graced the workspaces. Furthermore, our upgrades extended to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting controls, underscoring our commitment to modernity. The implementation of a new fire protection system further enhanced safety and security. Ritter Hall, an indispensable focal point on Temple’s campus, now stands as a contemporary space where faculty members can meticulously plan and strategize the delivery of knowledge to the entire student body.
