Stuart Weitzman
Target Building has completed work at the Stuart Weitzman project for the School of Arts & Sciences. This project included a historic restoration of the existing structure and facade, as well as a (4) story addition that houses classrooms, design studios, a sculpture lab with welding room and gallery spaces for exhibits. The restoration of the historic Morgan Hall included a full masonry facade restoration including brick and terracotta re-pointing and replacement in addition to new windows, roof replacement, along with exterior wood restoration and painting. The existing building structure was reinforced to maintain the original structure and allow those elements to become exposed as part of the finished product. The project completed in time for the Fall 2025 academic semester, and we held a final ribbon cutting ceremony in February of 2026.
