Student Transition Center

The project involves the renovation of a two-story, slab-on-grade building located on the Elwyn Campus. The construction encompasses both interior and exterior improvements. Exterior work includes adding new front cladding, enlarging windows, replacing the roof, and performing site upgrades. The interior scope features a complete redesign of the framing and installation of new finishes, along with comprehensive upgrades to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, replacing all existing infrastructure.
