The Wharton School – Dinan Hall

Interior renovations at the Wharton School’s Dinan Hall included the graduate admission’s suite lobby, classroom and admin space on the 1st and 2nd floors. The lobby and exterior renovations upgraded the lobby finishes, including flooring, and storefront at the entrance to the building. The 1st and 2nd floors were fully renovated and floor plans reworked to accommodate additional faculty and staff offices. The main challenge of this project was the coordination involved with the delegated design and installation of the exterior storefront and canopy. Despite the challenges involved with integrating a new storefront into an existing building façade, project stakeholder cooperation and efficient communication proved key to maintaining schedule. Ultimately, Target Building and the project team were able to provide a structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing focal point to the newly minted Dinan Hall.
