Torresdale Nuclear Medicine

The Nuclear Medicine Renovation Project modernized an existing imaging suite to accommodate a new Siemens Healthineers imaging system, creating a clean, code-compliant, and patient-centered environment. The renovation included selective demolition, new architectural finishes, and comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades to support the advanced imaging technology. Improvements included modifications to the HVAC system for precise temperature and humidity control, dedicated electrical distribution and power for specialized equipment, and plumbing updates to meet current code requirements. A new structural slab was also installed to provide the load capacity and vibration control necessary for the safe and reliable operation of the new imaging system.
