Virtua Health

The Virtua Voorhees Center for Women is a 7000 SF interior fit-out of a shell space inside of an operational MOB. The suite includes Exam, Consult and Procedure Rooms, along with a variety of support spaces, from Point-of-Care Testing to Resident Workrooms. New MEPFP infrastructure was installed as a part of the Scope—underground sanitary piping, panel boards/transformers, Fire Alarm Control Panel and Booster, along with BAS controls. All work was completed during normal business hours, adjacent to occupied patient and staff areas.
