YARTF

This project was a renovation to one of the housing & treatment facilities at the Elwyn School within Elwyn Main Campus. The YARTF project took existing cottage #4 building and transformed it into a like-new facility, which included interior renovations & refinishing, as well as exterior landscaping improvements. The interior work consists of complete redesigning of framing and new finishes to create a more student friendly environment, additional structural reinforcements, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing units and fixtures replacing all the existing and adding additional. Exterior work included roof repairs, additional concrete pathways and parking, and the addition of an entire fenced in back patio location completely fit with new landscaping & grasses.
